La tassa di vidimazione 2020 dei libri sociali


Entro il 16 marzo: le società di capitali, le società consortili, le aziende speciali degli enti locali (e i consorzi costituiti fra gli stessi), gli enti commerciali, devono provvedere al versamento della tassa di concessione governativa relativa alla vidimazione dei libri sociali. Sono escluse dal pagamento della tassa di concessione governativa (ma soggette ad imposta di bollo in misura doppia da applicare sulle pagine del libro giornale e del libro degli inventari): le società di persone, le società cooperative, le società di mutua assicurazione, gli enti non commerciali, le società di capitali sportive dilettantistiche. La tassa è determinata forfettariamente in base al capitale sociale e a prescindere dal numero dei libri sociali tenuti e dalle relative pagine. La misura della tassa anche per il 2020 sarà di: 309,87 euro per la generalità delle società; 516,46 euro per le società con capitale sociale all'1° gennaio 2020 superiore a 516.456,90 euro. Il modello di versamento della tassa di concessione governativa dovrà essere esibito alla Camera di Commercio (o agli altri soggetti abilitati alla vidimazione) in occasione di ogni richiesta di vidimazione dei libri sociali successiva al termine di versamento del 16 marzo 2020. Le società neocostituite devono versare la tassa di concessione governativa con bollettino postale. I versamenti per le annualità successive devono essere effettuati esclusivamente mediante modello F24 (codice tributo 7085 - Tassa annuale vidimazione libri sociali). L'omesso versamento della tassa annuale è punito con la sanzione amministrativa corrispondente dal 100 al 200% della tassa medesima e, in ogni caso, non inferiore a 103 euro.

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
