Le prime misure del MiSE per sostenere il sistema produttivo nelle "zone rosse"


Riepiloghiamo le misure fin qui approvate dal Consiglio dei Ministri e che coinvolgono in primis il Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico: rafforzamento dell'intervento del Fondo di garanzia per le PMI: potenziamo il fondo portandolo fino a 750 milioni di euro e diamo priorità automatica di accesso alle imprese site all'interno della zona rossa, riconoscendo il massimo della garanzia concedibile (80%) e prevedendo la gratuità degli oneri della pratica. La misura si applicherà anche alle PMI ubicate in aree limitrofe alla zona rossa ovvero a quelle appartenenti ad una filiera produttiva particolarmente colpita dall'emergenza; sospensione fino al 30 aprile 2020 dei pagamenti dei premi assicurativi; sospensione fino al 30 aprile 2020 dei pagamenti di bollette elettriche, idriche, gas e dei rifiuti; sospensione fino al 30 aprile 2020 del diritto annuale e delle sanzioni amministrative dovuti alla Camera di Commercio; proroga fino al 15 febbraio 2021 dell'entrata in vigore delle procedure di allerta stabilite dal Codice delle crisi d'impresa per tutte le PMI; sospensione fino al 31 dicembre 2020 dei pagamenti dei mutui agevolati concessi da Invitalia, relativi soprattutto a imprenditoria giovanile e femminile; proroga di tutti i bandi aperti per l'accesso alle misure incentivanti del Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico. Il MiSE ha dichiarato di essere impegnato a definire, insieme con tutto il Governo, un secondo pacchetto di misure che verrà approvato prossimamente e che conterrà nuovi interventi per fronteggiare l'impatto economico, diretto e indiretto, del sistema imprenditoriale e delle filiere coinvolte da questa emergenza.

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
