EMANATO UN NUOVO DECRETO DIRETTORIALE CHE AGGIORNA LA MODULISTICA DEL REGISTRO DELLE IMPRESE CON EFFICACIA DAL 15 OTTOBRE 2017


E' stato pubblicato, sul sito Internet del Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico, il decreto direttoriale 13 settembre 2017, recante "Approvazione delle specifiche tecniche per la creazione di programmi informatici finalizzati alla compilazione delle domande e delle denunce da presentare all'ufficio del registro delle imprese per via telematica o su supporto informatico. Integrazione del DM 18 ottobre 2013". Il decreto apporta modifiche ed integrazioni alle specifiche tecniche, di cui al decreto ministeriale 18 ottobre 2013, come da ultimo modificato dal decreto ministeriale 6 febbraio 2017, su cui è costruita la modulistica del Registro delle imprese e del REA. In particolare il decreto apporta integrazioni alle specifiche tecniche in essere con: a) modifiche ai codici relativi ai comuni o alle corrispondenti denominazioni (tabella COM) per accorpamenti e variazioni intervenuti; b) integrazioni delle autorizzazioni all'assolvimento del bollo virtuale (tabella VRT) per intervenute variazioni; c) l'introduzione di tre nuovi codici nella tabella DOC ("tabella tipo documento") (Codici C47 - R09 - D36); d) modifiche al tracciato b95_fd68, introducendo un nuovo riquadro nel modulo S1, denominato riquadro 20, "Altri atti e fatti soggetti ad iscrizione e a deposito". Le presenti specifiche tecniche acquistano efficacia a decorrere dal 15 ottobre 2017. A partire dal 1° dicembre 2017 non potranno più essere utilizzati programmi realizzati sulla base delle specifiche tecniche approvate con precedenti decreti ministeriali.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
