Congedi parentali: Legge 17 luglio 2020, n. 77 a conversione del decreto-legge 34/2020


La legge 77/2020 ha esteso la validità dei congedi parentali COVID-19, introdotti con il DL Cura Italia, fino al 31 agosto 2020, aumentandone i giorni fruibili da 15 a 30. All'articolo 72 del DL Cura Italia vengono illustrati i requisiti e le modalità con cui usufruire i suddetti permessi: il congedo parentale COVID-19 prevede un'indennità pari al 50% della retribuzione per lavoratori pubblici, privati e autonomi con figli fino a 12 anni di età; può essere richiesto da entrambi i genitori per periodi alternati, cioè può essere fruito da un solo genitore, oppure da entrambi, ma non negli stessi giorni; nel caso in cui i congedi vengano riconosciuti, possono essere usufruiti in maniera giornaliera o oraria dal 5 marzo 2020 al 31 agosto 2020, per un massimo di 30 giorni. Attenzione: in base alla circolare INPS n.139 del 2002, nei periodi di congedo parentale si computano anche gli eventuali giorni festivi o non lavorativi che ricadano al loro interno. Questo significa, ad esempio, che il lavoratore che richiede un congedo di due settimane consecutive (lavorative, dal lunedì della prima settimana al venerdì della seconda settimana), per l'Istituto avrà fruito di 12 giorni di congedo, essendo contati anche il sabato e la domenica.

  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
