NEL DDL FALLIMENTI MISURE DI SOSTEGNO PER LA RISTRUTTURAZIONE PRECOCE DELLE IMPRESE IN CRISI


L'11 ottobre scorso è stato approvato in Senato il testo definitivo della Delega al Governo per la riforma delle discipline della crisi di impresa e dell'insolvenza. Il testo ha ottenuto 172 voti favorevoli e 34 contrari. Tra le misure previste dalla nuova norma viene introdotta, come strumento di sostegno all'impresa, una fase preventiva di allerta affidata ad un organismo pubblico con lo scopo di anticipare l'emersione della crisi, diretta ad una rapida analisi delle cause del malessere economico e finanziario dell'imprenditore e destinata a risolversi in un vero e proprio servizio di composizione assistita della crisi, puntando al raggiungimento dell'accordo con tutti o parte dei creditori. L'intento è quello di affidare la composizione della crisi ad un unico organismo costituito su base provinciale presso la Camera di commercio. Fonte: https://www.giustizia.it

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
