SLITTANO I TERMINI PER LA CONSERVAZIONE DELLE FATTURE ELETTRONICHE 2019 E CONSEGNA CERTIFICAZIONE UNICA


E' in arrivo la proroga per la conservazione delle fatture elettroniche 2019 e per la trasmissione telematica e consegna della Certificazione Unica. Lo ha segnalato il Ministero dell'Economia e delle Finanze, con un Comunicato Stampa del 13 marzo 2021. La proroga sarà contenuta nel decreto 'Sostegni' attualmente in corso di redazione. La prima misura, in particolare, darà agli operatori 3 mesi in più per portare in conservazione le fatture elettroniche del 2019. La proroga in via di definizione, che accoglie le richieste degli operatori del settore impegnati nella gestione dei numerosi adempimenti connessi alle misure straordinarie varate dal Governo per far fronte alla grave crisi economico-sociale causata dalla pandemia, tiene conto del fatto che l'adempimento costituisce una novità nel panorama delle scadenze tributarie: l'obbligo di fatturazione elettronica nelle operazioni tra privati è stato introdotto a decorrere dalle operazioni effettuate il 1° gennaio 2019, di conseguenza è la prima volta che occorre procedere alla conservazione sostitutiva delle fatture elettroniche emesse e ricevute nel periodo d'imposta. Verranno inoltre differiti al 31 marzo 2021: i termini di trasmissione telematica della "Certificazione unica" all'Agenzia delle entrate e di consegna della stessa agli interessati, i termini per l'invio da parte degli enti esterni (banche, assicurazioni, enti previdenziali, amministratori di condominio, università, asili nido, veterinari, ecc.) all'Amministrazione finanziaria dei dati utili per la predisposizione della dichiarazione precompilata. A seguito di questi slittamenti, precisa il MEF, l'Agenzia delle entrate metterà a disposizione dei cittadini la dichiarazione precompilata il 10 maggio 2021, e non più il 30 aprile. Di seguito un prospetto delle nuove scadenze, così come riportato sul sito del MEF.   • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
