IMPRESA IN UN GIORNO - ONLINE LA NUOVA VERSIONE DEL PORTALE


Più di 200mila visitatori al mese per il portale nazionale nato per semplificare le procedure della pubblica amministrazione rispetto al mondo imprenditoriale. Più di 200mila visitatori da tutta Italia accedono in media ogni mese alla piattaforma www.impresainungiorno.gov.it, ora online in una nuova versione ancora più semplice e immediata che lo conferma come uno degli strumenti più efficaci intorno al quale ruota la strategia di semplificazione degli oneri amministrativi che gravano sulle imprese. Attualmente sono 3.529 i Comuni che hanno deciso di avvalersi delle Camere di Commercio utilizzando i servizi digitali della piattaforma camerale per facilitare le imprese nell'adempimento delle pratiche amministrative necessarie per avviare o gestire un'attività. Ma il portale è comunque il punto di accesso unico di tutti gli Sportelli Unici per le Attività Produttive (SUAP), anche quelli che non hanno una collaborazione diretta con le Camere di commercio. La nuova release del portale consente tra l'altro di navigare in modo agevole in tre diverse sezioni che hanno al centro: l'Impresa e il Comune, per conoscere a cosa servono i SUAP e fare seguito agli adempimenti; l'impresa e la PA centrale, per adempiere agli altri obblighi amministrativi della Pubblica Amministrazione; l'impresa e l'Europa, per ottenere informazioni e assistenza, anche in lingua inglese, qualora si intenda operare in uno dei paesi dell'Unione europea. La rinnovata veste grafica del portale è coerente con le indicazioni dell'Agenzia per l'Italia Digitale (AgID) per i siti della Pubblica Amministrazione ed è disponibile anche sui dispositivi mobili. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
