DEFINIZIONE AGEVOLATA 2017: COME PRESENTARE LE DOMANDE DI ADESIONE


L'art. 1 del Decreto Legge n. 148/2017 prevede la Definizione agevolata (o "rottamazione" delle cartelle) anche per le cartelle di pagamento affidate all'Agente della riscossione dal 1° gennaio al 30 settembre 2017. Coloro che intendono aderire alla Definizione agevolata devono compilare, entro e non oltre il 15 maggio 2018, il Modello DA-2017. La dichiarazione di adesione può essere presentata: alla casella pec della Direzione Regionale di Agenzia delle entrate-Riscossione di riferimento, inviando il Modello DA-2017, debitamente compilato in ogni sua parte, oltre alla copia del documento di identità. La domanda deve provenire anch'essa da una casella pec; presso gli Sportelli di Agenzia delle entrate-Riscossione utilizzando il Modello DA-2017 debitamente compilato, stampato e firmato. Dopo l'invio della domanda, l'Agenzia delle entrate-Riscossione invierà al contribuente entro il 30 giugno 2018 l'ammontare complessivo delle somme dovute ai fini della Definizione agevolata 2017, la scadenza delle eventuali rate e i relativi bollettini di pagamento o l'eventuale diniego. Il pagamento delle somme dovute può essere effettuato in un'unica soluzione. Gli importi dovuti possono essere ripartiti in un numero massimo di 5 rate di pari importo, con le seguenti scadenze: 31 luglio 2018 30 settembre 2018 31 ottobre 2018 30 novembre 2018 28 febbraio 2019. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
