CONDOMINIO: TRASFERIMENTI DI PROPRIETà ANCHE CON LA DICHIARAZIONE DEL NOTAIO


Dalla Newsletter Garante Privacy n. 434 del 30 ottobre 2017. Il Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, esprimendosi in merito alla corretta applicazione delle norme introdotte dalla Riforma del Condominio, ha chiarito che il condòmino può informare l'amministratore di condominio dell'avvenuto trasferimento di un diritto, come nel caso della compravendita di un'unità immobiliare, anche mediante la c.d. dichiarazione di avvenuta stipula rilasciata dal notaio rogante, purché quest'ultima risulti provvista di tutte le indicazioni utili all'amministratore ai fini della tenuta del registro dell'anagrafe condominiale. Secondo il Garante infatti, tale alternativa, ha pari valore in termini di autenticità e certezza rispetto alla trasmissione della copia autentica dell'atto che determina il trasferimento da parte dell'interessato.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
