I CHIARIMENTI DELL'AGENZIA ENTRATE SUL CREDITO D'IMPOSTA SANIFICAZIONE: ENTRO OGGI L'INVIO DELLA DOMANDA


Con la Circolare n. 13/E del 2 novembre 2021 l'Agenzia Entrate fornisce chiarimenti circa le disposizioni previste dall'art. 32 del Decreto "Sostegni-bis" e relative al credito d'imposta pari al 30% delle spese sostenute nei mesi di giugno, luglio ed agosto 2021 per la sanificazione degli ambienti e degli strumenti utilizzati e per l’acquisto di dispositivi di protezione individuale e di altri dispositivi atti a garantire la salute dei lavoratori e degli utenti, comprese le spese per la somministrazione di tamponi per COVID-19.  Tale agevolazione, introdotta per la prima volta dall'art. 125 del Decreto "Rilancio", presenta alcune novità rispetto ai soggetti beneficiari, alla misura del credito, al periodo agevolato, e alla modalità di utilizzo, in quanto, a differenza del precedente, non è prevista la possibilità di cederlo in tutto o in parte. Il credito d'imposta spetta fino ad un massimo di 60.000 euro per ciascun beneficiario, nel limite complessivo di 200 milioni di euro per l’anno 2021, ed è riconosciuto: ai soggetti esercenti attività di impresa;  ai soggetti esercenti arti e professioni; agli enti non commerciali, compresi gli enti del Terzo settore e gli enti religiosi civilmente riconosciuti; alle strutture ricettive extra-alberghiere a carattere non imprenditoriale munite di codice identificativo regionale ovvero, in mancanza, identificate mediante autocertificazione in merito allo svolgimento dell’attività ricettiva di bed and breakfast. Ricordiamo che la richiesta del credito di imposta, da effettuarsi con modello disponibile sul sito dell'Agenzia, deve essere inviata entro oggi, 4 novembre 2021, esclusivamente con modalità telematiche, direttamente oppure avvalendosi di un intermediario, tramite il servizio web disponibile nell’area riservata del sito internet delle Entrate o tramite ii canali telematici della stessa Agenzia.   • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
