SPLIT PAYMENT - ISTITUITI DUE NUOVI CODICI TRIBUTO


Dopo l'estensione dell'ambito di applicazione del meccanismo della scissione dei pagamenti  (c.d. "Split Payment") alle operazioni effettuate dalle Pubbliche Amministrazioni e dalle società, con riferimento alle operazioni per le quali è emessa fattura a partire dal 1° luglio 2017, l'Agenzia delle Entrate, con la risoluzione n. 139/E del 10 novembre 2017, ha istituito i seguenti codici tributo: Per il modello "F24", codice tributo "6041", denominato "IVA dovuta dalle PP.AA. e SOCIETA' identificate ai fini IVA - scissione dei pagamenti per acquisti nell'esercizio di attività commerciali - art. 5, comma 01, D.M. 23 gennaio 2015". Tale codice tributo deve essere esposto nella sezione "Erario" in corrispondenza delle somme indicate nella colonna "importi a debito versati", con l'indicazione del mese e dell'anno d'imposta per cui si effettua il pagamento. Per il modello "F24 Enti Pubblici", codice tributo "621E", denominato "IVA dovuta dalle PP.AA. e SOCIETA' identificate ai fini IVA - scissione dei pagamenti per acquisti nell'esercizio di attività commerciali - art. 5, comma 01, D.M. 23 gennaio 2015". I codici consentiranno il versamento, tramite i modelli "F24" e "F24 Enti pubblici" dell'IVA dovuta. L'adempimento deve essere effettuato entro il giorno 16 del mese successivo a quello in cui il tributo diventa esigibile, senza possibilità di compensazione (art. 5, comma 1, del D.M. del 23 gennaio 2015, inserito dal D.M. del 27 giugno 2017). The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
