DAL 1 LUGLIO 2017 LE MODALITà DI PAGAMENTO DI TASSE IPOTECARIE E TRIBUTI SPECIALI CATASTALI ALTERNATIVE AL CONTANTE


Ampliate le modalità di pagamento dei servizi resi in ambito catastale ed ipotecario anche attraverso ulteriori strumenti di pagamento alternativi al contante: questo quanto disposto dal Direttore dell'Agenzia delle Entrate con il Provvedimento del 28 giugno 2017. Dal primo luglio 2017 il pagamento di imposte, tasse, tributi speciali e altri corrispettivi dovuti per i servizi erogati dagli uffici provinciali-Territorio, potrà avvenire anche tramite nuove modalità di riscossione, ma progressivamente. E' infatti previsto un periodo di transizione fino al 31 dicembre 2017, durante il quale sarà ancora possibile l'uso del denaro contante e di titoli al portatore. Relativamente alle nuove modalità di riscossione dei tributi alternative al contante è prevista la promozione dell'utilizzo di carte di debito o prepagate e di altri strumenti di pagamento elettronico oltre all'attivazione, nei prossimi mesi, di uno specifico contrassegno sostitutivo, denominato "Marca servizi" per le tasse ipotecarie e i tributi speciali catastali. A partire dal 1 luglio 2017 è inoltre previsto l'utilizzo del modello F24 Elide per il pagamento delle imposte e delle tasse ipotecarie, dei tributi speciali catastali, degli interessi e delle sanzioni amministrative e di ogni altro corrispettivo dovuto agli Uffici Provinciali- Territorio connesso al rilascio di certificati, copie, attestazioni, estrazione dati e riproduzioni cartografiche.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
