È questo lo scenario che si apre ai dieci milioni di  cittadini imprenditori attraverso il servizio impresa.italia.it; una piattaforma online - realizzata da InfoCamere per conto delle Camere di commercio e lanciata nel luglio scorso - con cui ogni imprenditore può accedere senza oneri alle informazioni e ai documenti ufficiali della propria impresa. Il nuovo servizio, accessibile gratuitamente con la Carta Nazionale dei Servizi (CNS) o attraverso il Sistema Pubblico di identità digitale (SPID), è il punto di accesso in mobilità ad informazioni e documenti, ufficiali e aggiornati in tempo reale, della propria impresa: da visure, atti e bilanci dal Registro delle Imprese sino al fascicolo informatico d'impresa e alle pratiche presentate presso gli Sportelli Unici delle Attività Produttive (SUAP), gestiti tramite le Camere di Commercio, le informazioni relative al pagamento del diritto annuale e trovare opportunità di contatto e collaborazione con la nuova generazione di imprese Start up e PMI innovative. Il cassetto digitale semplifica la vita delle imprese e al contempo avvicina milioni di imprenditori alla cittadinanza digitale, spingendoli a utilizzare strumenti e tecnologie che possono renderli più competitivi anche a livello internazionale. Il "cassetto digitale dell'imprenditore", precisa InfoCamere, va infatti considerato una tappa del percorso di semplificazione e innovazione intrapreso da anni dal sistema camerale, in linea e a sostegno della Agenda Digitale italiana e di quella europea. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
