REGISTRO DELLE IMPRESE - DA OTTOBRE L'INDICAZIONE DEL RATING DI LEGALITà NELLE VISURE CAMERALI


Il Registro delle Imprese si è arricchito di nuove informazioni per mettere a fuoco il profilo di affidabilità delle aziende. Grazie all'intesa tra InfoCamere e Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato, a partire da ottobre 2017 le visure estratte dal Registro delle Imprese delle Camere di Commercio contengono l'indicazione del rating di legalità rilasciato dall'Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato (AGCM) alle aziende che ne hanno fatto richiesta e che hanno superato il vaglio dell'Autorità stessa. La novità era stata annunciata da Unioncamere e Infocamere con un comunicato stampa congiunto del 7 giugno 2017. Il rating di legalità è uno strumento introdotto nel 2012 dall'art. 5-ter, comma 1, del D.L. n. 1/2012, convertito dalla L. n. 27/2014, con l'obiettivo di contrastare le intromissioni della criminalità, favorendo i principi etici nell'azione imprenditoriale. All'AGCM il compito di attribuire, su richiesta, il rating (riconoscimento misurato in "stellette") ad aziende con fatturato minimo di 2 milioni di euro e che risultino iscritte al Registro Imprese da almeno due anni. Il regolamento concernente l'individuazione delle modalità in base alle quali si tiene conto del rating di legalità attribuito alle imprese ai fini della concessione di finanziamenti da parte delle pubbliche amministrazioni e di accesso al credito bancario è stato emanato con il decreto interministeriale 20 febbraio 2014, n. 57. l Rating viene rilasciato su base volontaria e può essere rinnovato ogni due anni. Per fare domanda è necessario inoltrare all'AGCM, per via telematica, un apposito modulo disponibile sul sito dell'Autorità stessa. I benefici collegati al Rating di legalità sono quindi di tipo economico e reputazionale. Del rating assegnato dall'AGCM, secondo quanto previsto dalla legge, si tiene, dunque, conto in sede di concessione di finanziamenti da parte delle pubbliche amministrazioni, nonché in sede di accesso al credito bancario. L'acquisizione da parte del Registro delle Imprese delle informazioni sul rating di legalità rientra nel processo di continuo miglioramento di qualità, completezza e trasparenza delle informazioni presenti nelle banche dati gestite dalle Camere di Commercio, perseguito attraverso l'integrazione di informazioni sulle imprese gestite da altre Pubbliche Amministrazioni.   • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
