AGEVOLAZIONI PER LE MICROIMPRESE DEI TERRITORI DELLA ZONA FRANCA DELL'EMILIA: CHIARIMENTI DAL MISE


Alla luce delle novità introdotte dal decreto-legge 30 dicembre 2016, n. 244 il Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico, con la Circolare del 27 giugno 2017, n. 74294, fornisce chiarimenti in merito alle modalità ed i limiti di fruizione delle agevolazioni in favore delle microimprese localizzate nella zona franca istituita nei territori dell'Emilia colpiti dall'alluvione del 17 gennaio 2014 e nei comuni colpiti dal sisma del 20 e 29 maggio 2012. Nello specifico il Ministero chiarisce che le imprese beneficiarie, in via prudenziale, debbano considerare, quale importo residuo effettivamente fruibile per i periodi d'imposta 2017- 2019, l'ammontare dell'agevolazione non ancora fruita, ridotto del 12,3% al fine di rispettare l'autorizzazione complessiva di spesa stabilita dal legislatore.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
