RATING DI LEGALITà - DA OTTOBRE IL RICONOSCIMENTO DELL'AGCM SARà VISIBILE NELLE VISURE DEL REGISTRO IMPRESE


Il Registro delle Imprese si arricchisce di nuove informazioni per mettere a fuoco il profilo di affidabilità delle aziende. Grazie all'intesa tra InfoCamere e Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato (AGCM), a partire da ottobre 2017 le visure estratte dal Registro delle Imprese delle Camere di Commercio conterranno l'indicazione del rating di legalità rilasciato dall'AGCM alle aziende che ne hanno fatto richiesta e che hanno superato il vaglio dell'Autorità stessa. L'acquisizione al Registro delle Imprese delle informazioni sul rating di legalità rientra nel processo di continuo miglioramento di qualità, completezza e trasparenza delle informazioni presenti nelle banche dati gestite dalle Camere di Commercio, perseguito attraverso l'integrazione di informazioni sulle imprese gestite da altre Pubbliche Amministrazioni. Il rating di legalità è uno strumento introdotto nel 2012 volto alla promozione e all'introduzione di principi di comportamento etico in ambito aziendale, tramite l'assegnazione di un riconoscimento - misurato in "stellette" - indicativo del rispetto della legalità da parte delle imprese che ne abbiano fatto richiesta e, più in generale, del grado di attenzione riposto nella corretta gestione del proprio business. Il valore del rating viene, inoltre, utilizzato per la concessione di finanziamenti da parte delle pubbliche amministrazioni, nonché in sede di accesso al credito bancario. Stessa. Alla fine di aprile 2017, le imprese in possesso delle "stellette" della legalità sono 3460. Potranno richiedere l'attribuzione del rating le imprese operative in Italia: che abbiano raggiunto un fatturato minimo di due milioni di euro nell'esercizio chiuso l'anno precedente alla richiesta di rating, riferito alla singola impresa o al gruppo di appartenenza e risultante da un bilancio regolarmente approvato dall'organo aziendale competente e pubblicato ai sensi di legge che siano iscritte al Registro delle imprese da almeno due anni. Le aziende interessate dovranno presentare una domanda, per via telematica, utilizzando l'apposito formulario pubblicato sul sito dell'AGCM e seguendo l istruzioni ivi indicate. Il rating di legalità ha durata di due anni dal rilascio ed è rinnovabile su richiesta. In caso di perdita di uno dei requisiti base, necessari per ottenere una 'stelletta', l'Autorità dispone la revoca del rating. Se vengono meno i requisiti grazie ai quali l'azienda ha ottenuto un rating più alto l'Antitrust riduce il numero di stellette. L'Autorità manterrà aggiornato sul proprio sito l'elenco delle imprese cui il rating di legalità è stato attribuito, sospeso, revocato, con la relativa decorrenza.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
