LEGGE DI STABILITà 2018: DETRAZIONI PER IL RECUPERO DEL PATRIMONIO EDILIZIO E IL BONUS MOBILI


La Legge di Bilancio 2018 ha prorogato al 31 dicembre 2018 la detrazione IRPEF del 50% per gli interventi volti al recupero del patrimonio edilizio fino al limite massimo di spesa pari a 96.000 euro per unità immobiliare. È stato altresì prorogato, e modificato in parte, il cosiddetto "bonus mobili" che prevede, per i soggetti che beneficiano della detrazione IRPEF per gli interventi di recupero edilizio, un'ulteriore detrazione del 50% per ulteriori spese documentate sostenute nel 2018 per l'acquisto di mobili e grandi elettrodomestici di classe non inferiore ad A+ (A per i forni), finalizzati all'arredo dell'immobile oggetto di ristrutturazione, a condizione che gli interventi di recupero edilizio siano iniziati da gennaio 2017. L'ammontare complessivo della spesa non può superare i 10.000 euro e la detrazione è ripartita in 10 quote annuali.

  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
