LEGGE DI STABILITà 2018: BONUS AREE VERDI


La Legge di Bilancio 2018 ha introdotto una nuova detrazione per incentivare le opere su giardini, balconi, giardini pensili e terrazze private. Per l'anno 2018 è prevista una detrazione pari al 36% (da ripartire in 10 quote annuali) delle spese documentate sostenute fino ad un massimo di 5.000 euro per unità immobiliare; questa agevolazione non è legata alla ristrutturazione edilizia. La detrazione spetta per la "sistemazione a verde" di aree scoperte private di edifici esistenti, unità immobiliari, pertinenze o recinzioni, impianti di irrigazione e realizzazione di pozzi e di coperture a verde e di giardini pensili; risultano detraibili anche le spese sostenute per la progettazione e la manutenzione connesse all'esecuzione dei predetti interventi. Gli interventi devono essere effettuati su unità immobiliari ad uso abitativo o sulle part comuni esterne degli edifici condominiali. Si sottolinea che è prevista la riduzione della detrazione al 50% per gli immobili residenziali adibiti ad uso promiscuo da professionisti o imprenditori.

  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
