RISORSE A SOSTEGNO DELLA CAPACITà INNOVATIVA E COMPETITIVA DELLE PMI - AGEVOLAZIONI ALLE IMPRESE PER LA REGISTRAZIONE DI MARCHI DELL'UNIONE EUROPEA E INTERNAZIONALI


Il Ministero dello Sviluppo economico - Direzione generale per la lotta alla contraffazione - Ufficio italiano brevetti e marchi (DGLC - UIBM), a seguito di una Convenzione siglata il 29 settembre 2017, ha affidato ad Unioncamere il compito di realizzare un intervento agevolativo in favore di micro, piccole e medie imprese (MPMI) per la valorizzazione dei titoli di proprietà industriale. Secondo quanto riportato nel comunicato ministeriale del 6 dicembre 2017 (pubblicato sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 285 del 6 dicembre 2017), di presentazione del bando, la misura agevolativa prende il nome di Marchi +3 ed è finalizzata a sostenere la capacità innovativa e competitiva delle MPMI, promuovendo l'estensione del proprio marchio nazionale a livello comunitario ed internazionale. Le agevolazioni sono dirette a: favorire la registrazione di marchi dell'Unione europea presso EUIPO (Ufficio dell'Unione europea per la proprietà intellettuale); favorire la registrazione di marchi internazionali presso OMPI (Organizzazione mondiale per la proprietà intellettuale) Le risorse disponibili ammontano complessivamente a euro 3.825.000,00. Le domande potranno essere presentate dal 7 marzo 2018, compilando un apposito form online. Unioncamere, che è il soggetto gestore della misura, curerà gli adempimenti tecnici e amministrativi riguardanti l'istruttoria delle domande e l'erogazione delle agevolazioni del bando. Sono ammesse alle agevolazioni le spese sostenute per la progettazione del marchio, per l'assistenza e per il deposito, per le ricerche effettuate al fine di verificare l'eventuale esistenza di marchi identici, oltre che per l'assistenza legale per azioni di tutela del marchio e per le tasse di deposito. Per essere ammesse al finanziamento, tutte le spese (comprese le tasse di deposito) devono essere state sostenute dal 1° giugno 2016 e, comunque, prima della presentazione della domanda di agevolazione.   • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
