INTERESSI LEGALI: DAL 1 GENNAIO 2018 SALGONO DALLO 0,1% ALLO 0,3%


Con decreto del 13 dicembre 2017, pubblicato sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 292 del 15 dicembre 2015, il Ministero dell'Economia e delle Finanze, sulla base del rendimento medio annuo lordo dei titoli di Stato e del tasso di inflazione annuo registrato, ha stabilito che la misura del saggio degli interessi legali di cui all'art. 1284 del Codice Civile - a decorrere dal 1° gennaio 2018 - sale dallo 0,1% allo 0,3%, in ragione d'anno. La novità ha naturalmente ripercussioni anche di carattere fiscale; cambieranno, infatti, ad esempio, gli importi dovuti all'Erario per i versamenti eseguiti a seguito di ravvedimento operoso. Per regolarizzare gli omessi, insufficienti o tardivi versamenti di tributi (compreso il diritto annuale) occorre, infatti, corrispondere, oltre alla prevista sanzione ridotta, anche gli interessi moratori calcolati al tasso legale, a partire dal giorno successivo a quello entro il quale doveva essere assolto l'adempimento e fino al giorno in cui si effettua il pagamento. Il nuovo saggio dello 0,3% va applicato solo in relazione al periodo di tempo intercorrente tra il 1° gennaio 2018 e il giorno del versamento tardivo.   • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.

  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
