"ECONOMISTI E GIURISTI INSIEME" - LA NUOVA ASSOCIAZIONE TRA AVVOCATI, COMMERCIALISTI E NOTAI


"Economisti e giuristi insieme". E' questo il nome scelto per l'associazione, nata ufficialmente il 15 dicembre 2017 a Roma, che sancisce l'alleanza strategica tra i Consigli nazionali degli Avvocati, dei Commercialisti e dei Notai. Un'intesa che punta a rafforzare l'azione coordinata tra le professioni giuridico- economiche che a breve individueranno un pacchetto di temi comuni su cui elaborare proposte da sottoporre alla politica, anche in vista dell'ormai prossima tornata elettorale. Nello statuto del nuovo organismo di rappresentanza delle tre categorie professionali si legge che l'associazione, che opererà a livello nazionale senza fini di lucro, "promuove l'interlocuzione con i soggetti istituzionali, la pubblica amministrazione e, in generale, con tutti i soggetti ritenuti strategici al fine di tutelare gli interessi comuni alle professioni rappresentate". "Economisti e giuristi insieme", inoltre, "si dedicherà all'approfondimento delle materie economiche e giuridiche di interesse degli associati, anche attraverso la predisposizione di studi e documenti; e porrà in essere qualsiasi ulteriore iniziativa connessa ai propri obiettivi istituzionali". Tra le finalità vi è poi la promozione di "iniziative che portino le tre professioni, ciascuna con la sua specificità, a poter operare anche nel contesto della sussidiarietà rispetto alle Pubbliche Amministrazioni, in aderenza alla più recente normativa interna ed ai principi del diritto europeo". The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
