LEGGE DI STABILITà 2018: SUPER E IPER AMMORTAMENTI


La Legge di Bilancio 2018 ha stabilito la proroga del super e iper ammortamento per l'anno 2018. Si tratta di agevolazioni che prevedono che, ai fini delle imposte sui redditi, per soggetti titolari di reddito d'impresa e per esercenti arti e professioni che effettuano investimenti in beni strumentali nuovi, il costo di acquisizione sia maggiorato con esclusivo riferimento alla determinazione delle quote di ammortamento e dei canoni di locazione finanziaria. Rispetto al 2017 sono intervenute delle modifiche: il super ammortamento passa dal 40% al 30% e vengono esclusi gli investimenti in veicoli ed altri mezzi di trasporto. Vi è possibilità di usufruire del super ammortamento fino al 30 giugno 2019 a condizione che alla data del 31 dicembre 2018 venga accettato l'ordine dal fornitore e che avvenga il pagamento per almeno il 20% del costo di acquisizione. L'iper ammortamento viene invece confermato al 150% ed è possibile usufruirne fino al 31 dicembre 2019 a condizione che alla data del 31 dicembre 2018 venga accettato l'ordine dal fornitore e che avvenga il pagamento per almeno il 20% del costo di acquisizione. Sono state confermate le norme in merito alla documentazione e dichiarazione rese dal legale rappresentante o da un perito per i beni superiori al 500.000 euro. La nuova Legge di Bilancio ha introdotto delle novelle norme per evitare che il beneficio dell'iperammortamento vada ad interferire con le possibilità future di crescita dell'azienda: se nel corso di fruizione dell'agevolazione, viene ceduto il bene a titolo oneroso, non viene meno la possibilità di fruire della maggiorazione delle quote se nello stesso periodo d'imposta del realizzo l'impresa sostituisce il bene originario con un bene strumentale nuovo con caratteristiche analoghe o superiori a quelle previste dalla Legge e se tali caratteristiche vengono attestate sempre secondo le regole stabilite.

  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
