FATTURE ELETTRONICHE DA CONTROLLARE


La ditta che chiameremo FORNITORE emette nei confronti della ditta XY s.r.l. (Cliente) una fattura elettronica, per la vendita del prodotto.  La ditta XY comunica al Fornitore i suoi dati per l’emissione della fattura, incluso il codice SDI, ma indica al Fornitore un numero di partita iva errato (basta l’ultimo numero), che corrisponde al mio cliente Mario Rossi, ditta individuale che peraltro ha un altro codice SDI. Ora nel cassetto della ditta Mario Rossi mi trovo una fattura intestata alla ditta XY s.r.l. e ciò in quanto presumo che l’Agenzia delle Entrate proceda alla memorizzazione in funzione unicamente del numero di partita iva. Per risolvere il problema abbiamo quindi ritenuto opportuno mettere in  atto la seguente procedura: il fornitore emette una nota di credito nei confronti della XY s.r.l. indicando il numero di partita iva errato (quello di Mario Rossi) che dovrebbe andare a finire nell’archivio di Mario Rossi dell’agenzia delle entrate e quindi stornare la fattura erroneamente ricevuta il fornitore emette una fattura nei confronti della XY s.r.l. con i dati corretti di quest’ultima. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
