FERIE E ALTRE SOSPENSIONI ATTIVITà PER OLTRE 12 GIORNI: REGISTRO TELEMATICO CORRISPETTIVI


Ricordiamo che in relazione all’interruzione dell’attività del registratore telematico dei corrispettivi, è previsto che : “Nel caso in cui l’interruzione dell’attività sia superiore ai 12 giorni (ad esempio ferie lunghe, chiusura stagionale, inutilizzo temporaneo, etc.) o se l’esercente non fosse in grado di conoscere la durata del periodo di inattività e di comunicarla a priori, il Registratore Telematico deve prevedere la possibilità di predisporre l’invio di un evento di tipo “fuori servizio”, codice 608 (magazzino/periodo di inattività), per comunicare al sistema l’inizio del periodo di inattività. In questo caso il RT tornerà “In servizio” alla prima trasmissione utile.”. La comunicazione di inattività/interruzione superiore a 12 giorni non è obbligatoria e non sono previste sanzioni in caso di inadempimento, ma è opportuna al solo fine di evitare che l’Agenzia Entrate invii all’esercente una richiesta di chiarimenti. Se il periodo di chiusura/interruzione è inferiore a 12 giorni, l’Agenzia Entrate non rileva nessuna anomalia. Diversamente, se il periodo di chiusura/interruzione è superiore a 12 giorni, l’Agenzia invierà una comunicazione (PEC) all’esercente con la richiesta di chiarimenti. Quest’ultimo comunicherà all’Agenzia il motivo della mancata trasmissione per chiusura/interruzione (ferie, malattia, (…)), periodo che coinciderà al flusso di dati “zero” che il RT, alla riapertura, avrà automaticamente trasmesso alla stessa Agenzia.

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
