INNOVAZIONE DI STARTUP E MICROIMPRESE: INCENTIVI PER L'ACQUISTO DI SERVIZI PROFESSIONALI


E' stato pubblicato nella Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 207 del 4 settembre il Decreto 8 agosto 2024 del Mimit che definisce i criteri per la concessione dell’incentivo “Voucher 3I – Investire in innovazione”. Il Decreto, attuativo della Legge sul Made in Italy per favorire la valorizzazione, la promozione e la tutela della produzione italiana e per il quale sono stati stanziati 9 milioni di euro per il biennio 2023-2024, intende sostenere l’innovazione di startup e microimprese con la concessione di un incentivo per l’acquisto di servizi professionali, resi esclusivamente da avvocati e consulenti in proprietà industriale, per la brevettazione delle invenzioni industriali. In cosa consiste il “Voucher 3I”Con l'incentivo sarà possibile acquisire alcuni servizi di consulenza forniti dai professionisti iscritti negli elenchi gestiti dal Consiglio Nazionale Forense e dall’Ordine dei consulenti in proprietà industriale, quali: la verifica della brevettabilità dell'invenzione e ricerche di anteriorità preventive; la stesura della domanda di brevetto e di deposito presso l'Ufficio Italiano Brevetti e Marchi; il deposito all'estero di una domanda che rivendica la priorità di una precedente domanda nazionale di brevetto. Possono beneficiare del voucher 3I per la valorizzazione del proprio processo di innovazione le start-up innovative e le microimprese. L’importo dell’agevolazione sarà concesso in regime “de minimis”, nelle misure di: 1.000 euro + IVA, i servizi di consulenza relativi alla verifica della brevettabilità dell'invenzione e all'effettuazione delle ricerche di anteriorità preventive; 3.000 euro + IVA, per i servizi di consulenza relativi alla stesura della domanda di brevetto e di deposito presso l'Ufficio italiano brevetti e marchi; 4.000 euro + IVA, per i servizi di consulenza relativi al deposito all'estero della domanda nazionale di brevetto.  Il termine per l'invio delle domande ad Invitalia, gestore della misura, sarà definito con successivo decreto direttoriale del Ministero delle Imprese e del Made in Italy.   • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
