LE NUOVE ALIQUOTE IRPEF 2024


Sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 303 del 31-12-2023 è stato pubblicato il Decreto legislativo di attuazione del primo modulo di riforma delle imposte sul reddito delle persone fisiche e altre misure in tema di imposte sui redditi. Per il calcolo dell’imposta lorda il decreto prevede, per il solo anno 2024, nuovi scaglioni di reddito ed aliquote, in sostituzione di quelle previste dall'articolo 11, comma 1, del Tuir. In particolare, è prevista una riduzione degli scaglioni da 4 a 3, applicando le seguenti aliquote: a) 23% per i redditi fino a 28.000 euro; b) 35% per i redditi oltre 28.000 euro e fino a 50.000 euro; c) 43% per i redditi oltre 50.000 euro.  Per il periodo d’imposta 2024 è innalzata, da 1.880 a 1.955 euro, la detrazione prevista per i titolari di redditi da lavoro dipendente (esclusi i redditi da pensione) fino a 15.000 euro.Inoltre, sempre per il 2024, la somma a titolo di trattamento integrativo è riconosciuta a favore dei contribuenti con reddito complessivo non superiore a 15.000 euro nel caso in cui l'imposta lorda determinata sui redditi da lavoro dipendente, con esclusione dei redditi da pensione e di quelli assimilati al lavoro dipendente, sia di importo superiore a quello della detrazione da lavoro dipendente, diminuita di 75 euro rapportato al periodo di lavoro nell'anno.  Nella determinazione degli acconti dovuti ai fini dell'imposta sul reddito delle persone fisiche e relative addizionali per i periodi d'imposta 2024 e 2025 si assume, quale imposta del periodo precedente, quella che si sarebbe determinata non applicando le disposizioni di cui sopra.   • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
