LE RISPOSTE DELL'AGENZIA ENTRATE SU VISTO DI CONFORMITà E COMPENSAZIONI DEI CREDITI FISCALI


L'Agenzia delle Entrate, nel corso del Forum lavoro-fiscale del 17 maggio scorso, è intervenuta rispondendo ai quesiti formulati dagli esperti della Fondazione Studi sulle ultime novità fiscali contenute nel decreto legge n. 50/2017 in merito, in particolare, al visto di conformità e alle modalità di compensazione dei crediti fiscali. Modifiche introdotte per il visto di conformità La soglia di compensazione dei crediti viene ridotta da 15 mila euro a 5 mila anche per l'imposta sul valore aggiunto. Relativamente a questa modifica l'Agenzia delle Entrate chiarisce che c'è una differenza nell'apposizione dei visti: se le imposte da compensare sono quelle Iva, la compensazione può avvenire solo dopo la presentazione della dichiarazione. Nel caso di altre imposte, invece, non è necessaria la presentazione anticipata. Il visto può essere apposto in sede di dichiarazione mentre il credito è già utilizzabile a partire dall'inizio dell'anno. Modifiche introdotte per la compensazione dei crediti fiscali Viene introdotto l'obbligo, per i titolari di partita Iva, di utilizzare i servizi messi a disposizione dall'Agenzia delle Entrate per la compensazione dei crediti relativi alle imposte sui redditi e alle relative addizionali, alle ritenute alla fonte, alle imposte sostitutive delle imposte sul reddito, all'imposta regionale sulle attività produttive e dei crediti d'imposta da indicare nel quadro RU della dichiarazione dei redditi, a prescindere dall'importo compensato e dal saldo del modello F24. Relativamente a questa modifica 'Agenzia delle Entrate ha escluso dall'utilizzo dei servizi telematici il bonus Renzi ed i crediti rimborsati ai dipendenti per liquidazione 730.   • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
