NUOVO REGOLAMENTO UE SULLA PRIVACY: DAL GARANTE INIZIATIVE CON IMPRESE E P.A.


Dalla Newsletter N. 428 del 25 maggio 2017. Il Garante Privacy, in vista dell'applicazione del Regolamento europeo sulla protezione dati, prevista a partire dal 25 maggio 2018, ha promosso una serie di iniziative per fornire ai soggetti pubblici e privati indicazioni utili e accompagnare il processo di adeguamento alle nuove norme. Il piano operativo prevede un ciclo di incontri con Amministrazioni centrali, agli Enti pubblici, alle Regioni, alle Province autonome, alle Autorità indipendenti e ad altri organismi rappresentativi, i primi tre dei quali si svolgeranno nel mese di giugno. Durante questi incontri verrà chiesto a questi soggetti di rappresentare le azioni che hanno già messo in atto e le eventuali esigenze di chiarimento e saranno condivisi gli approfondimenti svolti e le riflessioni eventualmente già maturate. Nel mese di ottobre ne seguiranno altri nei quali il Garante fornirà indirizzi e assicurerà il supporto all'opera di implementazione del Regolamento, aiutando ad individuare le soluzioni più efficaci per una corretta transizione verso le nuove regole. Altre iniziative di collaborazione sono state intraprese nei confronti delle imprese: sono stati infatti avviate collaborazioni con Abi, Ania e Confindustria con le quali si sta definendo un calendario di incontri. Il Garante sottolinea come stia lavorando attivamente con le altre Autorità privacy europee alla definizione di linee guida e contributi che facilitino l'applicazione del nuovo regolamento. Statement on the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)

The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
