PROROGA DEI IPER-AMMORTAMENTI FINO AL 31 LUGLIO 2018


Il cosiddetto "Decreto Sud", DL 91/2017, pubblicato sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 141 del 20 giugno 2017, ha prorogato di un mese l'agevolazione degli iper-ammortamenti, al fine di servirsi della maggiorazione del 150% del costo di acquisto per i beni altamente tecnologici elencati nell'allegato A alla L. 232/2016. La maggiorazione riguardava gli investimenti effettuati al 31 dicembre 2017, ovvero al 30 giugno 2018 se entro il 31 dicembre 2017 il relativo ordine risulti accettato dal venditore e sia stato effettuato il pagamento per almeno il 20% del costo di acquisizione. Ora l'agevolazione si applica agli investimenti effettuati entro il 31 dicembre 2017, ovvero entro il 31 luglio 2018, a condizione che entro la data del 31 dicembre 2017 il relativo ordine risulti accettato dal venditore e sia avvenuto il pagamento di acconti in misura almeno pari al 20% del costo di acquisizione. Si ricorda che per i beni realizzati mediante contratti di appalto il relativo contratto deve risultare sottoscritto da entrambe le parti e deve essere effettuato il pagamento di acconti in misura almeno pari al 20% del costo complessivo previsto nel contratto. In tal caso l'agevolazione spetterà anche per i contratti di appalto per i quali il momento di effettuazione dell'investimento (data di ultimazione della prestazione o, in caso di SAL, data in cui l'opera o la porzione d'opera risulta verificata e accettata dal committente) si sia verificato oltre il 31 dicembre 2017 ed entro il 31 luglio 2018.

  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
