RAVVEDIMENTO OPEROSO PER TARDIVA REGISTRAZIONE DELLA PROROGA DEL CONTRATTO IN "CEDOLARE SECCA"


L'Agenzia Entrate con la Risoluzione n. 115 del 1° settembre 2017 ha chiarito che le sanzioni di 50 e 100 euro, applicabili ai sensi dell'art. 3, comma 3 del D. Lgs. 23/2011 così come modificato dall'art. 7 quater, comma 24 del D.L. 193/2016, in caso di mancata comunicazione della proroga, anche tacita, o della risoluzione del contratto di locazione con cedolare secca, sono ravvedibili tramite l'istituto del ravvedimento operoso. L'Agenzia ha anche rammentato che non è necessario inviare raccomanda al conduttore per la rinuncia all'aggiornamento del canone di locazione se il contratto di locazione prorogato già contiene la rinuncia all'aggiornamento del canone.

  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
