'REDDITOMETRO' AMMESSO SOLO CON LIMITE DI SCOSTAMENTO A 70.000 EURO (69.473,30 EURO PER LA PRECISIONE)


Il D.Lgs. n. 108/2024 ha modificato le condizioni che consentono al Fisco di procedere con l’accertamento sintetico (“redditometro”). Il nuovo comma 6 dell’art. 38, come introdotto dall’art. 5 del D.Lgs. n. 108/2024, prevede che: “La determinazione sintetica del reddito complessivo di cui al quarto e quinto comma è effettuata a condizione che il reddito complessivo accertabile ecceda di almeno un quinto quello dichiarato e, comunque, di almeno dieci volte l’importo corrispondente all’assegno sociale annuo, il cui valore è aggiornato per legge, con periodicità biennale, anche sulla base degli indici di adeguamento ISTAT”. Considerando che l’assegno sociale annuo è pari attualmente a 6.947,33 euro, lo scostamento dovrà quindi essere: superiore a 69.473,30 euro ed eccedente di almeno un quinto (20%) rispetto a quello dichiarato Precedentemente non era previsto alcun limite assoluto e l’accertamento sintetico era legittimo a condizione che il reddito complessivo accertabile eccedesse di almeno un quinto quello dichiarato.

  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
