REVISORI LEGALI - REQUISITI PER L'ESONERO DALL'ESAME PER L'ISCRIZIONE NEL REGISTRO - CHIARIMENTI DALLA RAGIONERIA GENERALE DELLO STATO


In base alle disposizioni transitorie del D.M. n. 63 del 19 gennaio 2016 (Regolamento recante attuazione della disciplina legislativa in materia di esame di idoneità professionale per l'abilitazione all'esercizio della revisione legale), restano esonerati dall'esame di idoneità professionale i dottori commercialisti e gli esperti contabili che hanno superato la sessione d'esami per l'accesso alla professione indetta con l'ordinanza ministeriale n. 110 del 2016, o anteriore. Resta fermo il possesso, al momento della presentazione dell'istanza di iscrizione, dei seguenti requisiti: svolgimento del tirocinio triennale, comprovato da relativo attestato ai sensi del D.M. 25 giugno 2012, n. 146; requisiti di onorabilità previsti dall'articolo 3, comma 1 del D. M. 20 giugno 2012, n. 145; titolo di laurea almeno triennale, tra quelli individuati dall'articolo 2 del D. M. 20 giugno 2012, n. 145. Il regime degli esoneri dall'esame di idoneità professionale per revisori legali è disciplinato dall'art. 11 del D.M. del 19 gennaio 2016, n. 63. In particolare: i soggetti che hanno già superato l'esame di Stato di cui agli articoli 46 e 47, D.Lgs. n. 139/2005 e i soggetti che intendono abilitarsi alle professioni di dottore commercialista ed esperto contabile sono esonerati dalle prove scritte previste dall'art. 5, comma 1, lettere a) e b), D.M. n. 63/2016, nonché dalle corrispondenti materie della prova orale. I medesimi sostengono le prove scritte ed orali sulle materie previste dall'art. 5, comma 1, lettera c), nell'ambito dell'esame per l'abilitazione all'esercizio delle professioni di dottore commercialista ed esperto contabile (art. 11, comma 1); i soggetti abilitati all'esercizio della professione di avvocato sono esonerati dalla prova scritta prevista dall'art. 5, comma 1, lettera b), D.M. n. 63/2016, nonché dalle corrispondenti materie della prova orale (art. 11, comma 3); i soggetti che svolgono funzioni dirigenziali, o di pari livello, presso il Ministero dell'Economia e delle Finanze, ed i soggetti equiparati, nonchè i dipendenti del Ministero che, alla data di entrata in vigore del presente decreto, ricoprono incarichi di componente presso collegi di revisione o sindacali delle pubbliche amministrazioni, che, in possesso dei requisiti previsti dall'articolo 2, comma 2, del D.Lgs. n. 39/2010, hanno superato un esame teorico-pratico, presso la Scuola Nazionale della Amministrazione (art. 11, comma 4).   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
