SCADE DOMANI IL TERMINE PER IL VERSAMENTO DELLA SECONDA RATA DELL'IMPOSTA SOSTITUTIVA PER L'ASSEGNAZIONE E CESSIONE AGEVOLATA


Scade domani, venerdì 16 giugno, il termine per il versamento della seconda rata dell'imposta sostitutiva dovuta dalle società che nel 2016 ha operato assegnazioni, cessioni agevolate dei beni ai soci e trasformazioni in società semplice. L'omesso, insufficiente o tardivo versamento non determina però la decadenza dalle agevolazioni, poiché l'opzione si intende perfezionata con la sola indicazione nella dichiarazione dei redditi. Le società che si sono avvalse lo scorso anno delle agevolazioni, avrebbero dovuto versare il 60% dell'imposta sostitutiva entro il 30 novembre 2016 e la restante parte entro il 16 giugno 2017.

  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
