Scade il 20 settembre 2016 la comunicazione black list 2015


Scade il 20 settembre 2016 il termine per le comunicazioni dei dati relativi al 2015 delle operazioni con soggetti aventi sede, residenza a domicilio nei Paesi a fiscalità privilegiata, originariamente fissato al: 10 aprile 2016 per i contribuenti mensili 20 aprile 2016 per i contribuenti trimestrali. La proroga al 20 settembre era stata prevista con provvedimento dell'Agenzia Entrate del 25 marzo 2016 (poi confermato dal provvedimento dell'11 aprile 2016). Ricordiamo che la comunicazione, già con effetto dal periodo d'imposta in corso al 13 dicembre 2014, è annuale ed è dovuta solo al superamento della soglia di valore complessivo delle operazioni da comunicare pari a 10.000 euro. Il limite di 10.000 euro s'intende come limite complessivo annuo e non per singola operazione e in caso di superamento prevede che siano comunicate tutte le operazioni, a prescindere dal loro importo unitario. Per quanto riguarda l'identificazione dei Paesi black list, l'Agenzia Entrate ha precisato (circolare n. 53/E del 21 ottobre 2010) che le liste di Paesi contenute nel D.M. 4 maggio 1999 e nel D.M. 21 novembre 2001 devono essere applicate congiuntamente e a prescindere dalla condizione soggettiva dell'operatore economico.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
