SOCIETà COOPERATIVE E CONSORZI DI COOPERATIVE - APPROVATA LA NUOVA MODULISTICA DA UTILIZZARE PER L'EFFETTUAZIONE DELLA REVISIONE


E' stato pubblicato, nel sito del Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico, il decreto ministeriale del 12 giugno 2017 con il quale è stata approvata la nuova modulistica da utilizzare per l'effettuazione della revisione cooperativa delle società cooperative e dei consorzi di cooperative, costituita da: a) Verbale di revisione: Sezione I - Rilevazione; b) Verbale di revisione: Sezione II - Accertamento. c) Schede relative a sistema amministrativo, categoria e provvedimenti da proporre. Le varie schede di settore riguardano: cooperative sociali, cooperative produzione e lavoro, cooperative agricole (dio lavoro agricolo, di conferimento prodotti agricoli e di allevamento), cooperative di trasporto, cooperative della pesca, cooperative di consumo, cooperative di abitazione e loro consorzi, cooperative o consorzi di garanzia fidi, cooperative di dettaglianti, consorzi agrari. Le schede relative ai provvedimenti da proporre riguardano: la proposta di gestione commissariale; la proposta di scioglimento; la proposta di sostituzione del liquidatore o di cancellazione dal Registro delle imprese; la proposta di liquidazione coatta amministrativa, Per quanto non espressamente previsto nel presente decreto, si rinvia al decreto ministeriale 6 dicembre 2004, e successive modifiche ed integrazioni (D.M. 22 dicembre 2005; D.M. 23 febbraio 2015). Il presente decreto è pubblicato nel sito web istituzionale del Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico e della sua adozione sarà data comunicazione nella Gazzetta Ufficiale delle Repubblica Italiana. La modulistica approvata con il presente decreto è posta in uso entro i 90 giorni successivi dalla comunicazione nella Gazzetta Ufficiale. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
